VisLab is a spinoff company of the University of Parma; it is involved in basic and applied research, developing machine vision algorithms and intelligent systems for different applications, primarily for the the automotive field.

Many results are considered worldwide milestones in vehicular robotics. VisLab, thanks to its almost-20-ys-old history, is also developing its own products for the automotive market.
